Moodsive was born from personal experience with depression and anxiety. During the most challenging times, I discovered that writing down my feelings became a powerful tool for understanding and managing my mental health.
When friends and loved ones asked how I coped, my answer was always the same: write it down. Track how you feel. Give yourself space to process your emotions without judgment.
But finding the right tool was difficult. Most apps required accounts, uploaded data to the cloud, or felt impersonal and clinical. I wanted something differentโsomething that felt safe, private, and truly yours.
